Core Coaching Business

Speed training, strength training, core strength training, strength training programs, weight training, ball exercises, pilates.  Core strength is the key to modern concepts of training, health and well-being.

A core workout features practical, easy-to-follow exercises that help everyone with motivation to improve their fitness to build their strongest body ever using their own body weight.

A core workout or core drill is a substitute for lifting heavy weights.  With proper coaching, core strength training provides body weight exercises for strengthening, toning and reshaping every major muscle group in the body and staying in shape all year round.
Many people chose to make core training their business by becoming core coaches.

Core coaches offer ongoing training programs designed for the experience level, personal goals, and daily time constraints of their clients in mind.  A core coach can help students get to the next level.

Core coaches deal with a wide variety of athletes from first-timers, to athletes going for the win on race day.  Core coaches don’t just deal with athletes.  They provide instruction to people whose job may require physical fitness, such as police and firemen.  And they provide instruction to everyone for whom fitness is an important part of life.  Core coaches can even help people with physical limitations or injuries that require unique workouts.

Core coaches are personal trainers and fitness consultants who provide a service.  Their service is to instruct people on exercise programs, technology and tools.  Core coaches can provide their service in a gym, in the homes of their students, outside in a park, or at schools and colleges.
Core coaches are aware of the trust their students place in them.  For this reason, core coaches develop a commitment to the relationship that develops between trainers and clients.  Core coaches should be diligent in an effort to walk with their students, step-by-step, in their journey to better fitness and over-all health.  Core coaches should be sensitive to the struggle one experiences when battling weight issues, obesity, inactivity, and physical limitation.  Core coaches should provide a professional service to their clients by paying attention to their needs with dedication to the student’s ultimate goals and comfort level.

Core coaches should be aware that many of their clients may have had negative experiences in the past with traditional health club trainers, sometimes being pushed past the point of their comfort.  For this reason, core coaches should be committed to the safety and comfort of their students.

For a core coach, the definition of success should be described by the progress of their students.
It is the responsibility of a core coach to design and implement training programs designed to secure the desired result of the student.  The core coach should be helping students realize components of fitness beyond body composition, strength, endurance, and flexibility.  Ideally, the core coach can incorporate core strength to help each student gain an awareness of their complete functional fitness potential.

Core coaching is more than the introduction of exercise based on the "tools" or exercise equipment available.  Core coaching can be an enjoyable application of fitness exercise in relation to the lifestyle, limitations, goals, and motivation of a particular client.  Remember, a core coach is responsible for more than helping someone lose weight.  You are responsible for helping your students to safely and effectively live a healthier, more productive, functionally superior lifestyle.
